DonorCar Platform Rules

These rules apply to everyone who uses DonorCar. By signing up you accept them. Service owner: Milena Mkrtchyan (private individual).

What DonorCar is

• DonorCar is a marketplace where buyers post requests for used car parts and scrapyards answer with prices.
• DonorCar does not sell parts and is not a party to the deal. The buyer and the scrapyard agree on the price, delivery, payment and warranty.

Account

• Sign-in is by a code from an email. One email is one account of one role: buyer or scrapyard.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for what happens in your account.

Buyers

• Up to 30 requests per calendar month. One part is one request.
• Choosing an answer is final: the request moves to the archive and both sides see each other's phone numbers.

Scrapyards

• Requests come for the chosen brands, vehicle types and categories.
• The first month is free, then 1,000 AED per brand per month. Payment is outside the app, by an invoice from the DonorCar team. Without payment, requests stop.
• An answer is the price of a part in stock. It cannot be changed after it is sent.

Chats

• Do not share contacts in the chat — phone numbers open after an answer is chosen.
• Insults, spam, advertising of other services and illegal content are not allowed.

Violations

• Abuse, fraud, spam and illegal content are not allowed. We check reports within 24 hours, remove violations and block those who break the rules.
• You can report a chat, a request or an answer and block a user in the app — the «Report» and «Block» buttons. To unblock: Profile → «Blocked users».
• The DonorCar team may hide content, limit or close an account if the rules are broken.

Liability

• The service is provided «as is». DonorCar is not responsible for the quality of parts or for agreements between buyers and scrapyards.

Deleting your account

• You can delete your account at any time: in the app (Profile → «Delete account») or by writing to support@donor-car.com. Details: https://api.donor-car.com/delete-account.
• A scrapyard's paid period is not refunded automatically when the account is deleted.

Changes

• If the rules change, we will update this page and the date below.

• The service is owned by a private individual: Milena Mkrtchyan.
