Deleting your DonorCar account

You can delete your DonorCar account in the app or by writing to support. Deletion cannot be undone.

In the app

• Open DonorCar → Profile → «Delete account» → «Delete».
• The account is deleted at once; the email becomes free.

Without the app

• Write to support@donor-car.com from the email the account is registered with, with the subject «Delete account».
• We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to your email.

What is deleted

• Buyer: the email, name, company, phone, city, request photos, chats, notifications and push tokens.
• Scrapyard: the email, contact person, phone, address, description, opening hours, logo, notifications and push tokens; brands are switched off.

What stays

• A buyer's requests — without personal data; scrapyards no longer see them.
• Answers and chats of a deleted scrapyard — with buyers, marked «Scrapyard deleted».
• The scrapyard's name and payment records — with the DonorCar team for accounting. The paid period is not refunded automatically.
• Database backups — up to 14 days, after which the data disappears from them too.
